Every page of every single mail packet we produce is tracked and audited against your data. Any doubts about a packet and it is diverted, destroyed, regenerated and channelled through the process again. This is repeated until the system shows that your total mailing is 100% correct. Dataprint’s SABER is a cloud-based document archival and retrieval system. When one of your customers queries an invoice or statement, or requests a copy, your staff can respond to the customer using our system. SABER is scalable, so there is no limit to how many users can access the system. It can stand alone or can be accessed through an API plugged into your CRM or ERP system.
When SABER is custom branded it can become a portal for customers to access their accounts, view current and historical invoices or statements, pay bills, do their own reporting and produce their own CSV files.
SABER has also been integrated with well-known small business accounting packages such as Xero and MYOB. If you want to host the customer portal yourself and access some of SABER’s features, you can do this through the API.
